For most of history, men were forged through tribe, challenge, and shared responsibility. Today, those spaces are rare. Without structure and brotherhood, growth happens in isolation and a man is left to wrestle with his edge alone.

The Dojo Sessions is a powerful and sacred space for men to reclaim their strength, go beyond comfort and explore their edges.

What to Expect:

An 8-week online container for men committed to growth.

A confidential, non-judgmental space where you can drop the mask and be fully seen

Structured, guided exercises that challenge your patterns and move you into action

Brotherhood - real connection with men committed to growth and truth

Honest feedback delivered with both compassion and directness

Practical tools and embodied practices to cultivate presence, purpose, and grounded masculinity

Who This is For

I truly believe EVERY man needs a men’s group. We weren’t meant to walk this path alone. 

This work is for any man ready to embrace honesty, courage, and deeper connection and to rise together with others on the journey.

Once a week on Tuesday for 8 weeks.
From 3/24-5/12 at 7pm (PST)

Dates:
3/24, 3/31, 4/7, 4/14, 4/21, 4/28, 5/5, 5/12

Where:
From the comfort of your own home - it will be over Zoom

Cost:
$400 (Pilot price)

    This is a structured growth container focused on retraining the nervous system

    It can be deeply personal and emotional, but it’s not clinical therapy or mental health treatment.

  • We’ll explore breathwork practices, guided exercises, honest group dialogue, and direct feedback.

    This isn’t just conversation.
    You’ll experience yourself differently.

  • Not at all.
    Some men have done years of personal development.
    Others are stepping into something like this for the first time.

    What matters is willingness, not experience.

  • One two-hour session per week.
    If the work is alive, we may stay a little longer.

    Expect short integration practices or reflections between sessions (up to 20 minutes).

  • The depth of this program comes from consistent participation. We expect everyone to be present and on time ( 5 minutes early).

    Life happens. If something unexpected comes up and you need to miss session, let us know as soon as possible.

    If you know in advance that you’ll miss multiple sessions, this may not be the right time to join.
