You Know Something
Is Missing.

You may look like you are holding life together from the outside. But inside, something feels diluted. You are showing up, producing, caring for others, keeping things moving, yet some deeper part of you knows you have not fully stepped into your own life.

  • -You stay busy and productive, but rarely pause long enough to ask what you truly want and what kind of man you are becoming.
  • -You have become skilled at keeping the peace, even when it means shrinking your truth, softening your edge, or abandoning your own needs.
  • -When tension rises in relationship, family, or work, you sometimes go numb or disappear instead of staying present and grounded.
  • -You can feel how much of your life has been shaped by performance, adapting to what others need from you instead of resting in who you are.
  • -You sense there is more strength, clarity, and leadership in you, but you have not fully trusted yourself enough to live from it.
  • -You may turn toward distraction and stimulation instead of stillness, because stillness would ask you to feel what is actually there.
  • -Somewhere deep down, you know life is asking you to step forward, not just keep coping.

This is not because you are broken. It is because many men were never truly guided through a meaningful threshold into grounded manhood. The Rite is designed to offer that passage with honesty, brotherhood, and depth.

What This Is
Actually Costing You.

In Relationship

The same patterns repeat. Conflict either escalates, goes cold, or gets bypassed. Intimacy thins out. The deeper conversation never quite happens. The woman beside you can feel when you are there physically but not fully there emotionally.

At Work

You take on too much, say yes too often, and carry more than you need to because boundaries still feel loaded. Leadership becomes effortful when you are disconnected from your own center.

In Your Body

Your body absorbs what your mind avoids. Stress lingers. Numbness creeps in. Vitality drops. You can function, but functioning is not the same as feeling fully alive.

In Your Legacy

Your children, your partner, and the people closest to you are learning from how you handle pressure, tenderness, truth, and repair. The way you show up becomes part of what they carry forward.

Not a Workshop.
Not a Circle.
A Threshold.

The Rite is a three-day men’s initiation experience designed to help a man meet himself more honestly, reconnect to his body and truth, and return home with greater steadiness, self-respect, and leadership. This is deep work, but it is not about being broken down. It is about being met, challenged with care, and invited into a stronger relationship with yourself.

The Mask

Honesty · Self-recognition · Letting yourself be seen

We begin by naming the patterns, roles, and protective strategies you have been living inside of. The point is not to shame them. It is to recognize them clearly, understand how they were formed, and begin loosening what no longer serves your life.

The Wound

Embodiment · Emotional truth · Release

Through guided practices, breath, reflection, and carefully held process work, you will meet the places where your life became constricted. Not just as a story in your mind, but as something your body has been carrying. The work here is honest, embodied, and relieving.

The Relationship

Presence · Communication · Responsibility

You will practice what it means to stay open and grounded in relationship instead of withdrawing, managing, or performing. This is where many men begin to feel what mature presence actually is and why their relationships have been quietly longing for it.

The Commitment

Integration · Brotherhood · Forward movement

You do not leave with inspiration alone. You leave with language for who you are becoming, practices to support your nervous system, and a clearer commitment to how you want to live when you return to your family, work, and daily reality.

Not Just a
Peak Experience.

The value of this retreat is not how you feel on the final day. It is how differently you show up in the weeks and months after you return home.

  • I

A Practice You Can Actually Use

You leave with simple, repeatable tools for regulating your nervous system, reconnecting to your body, and returning to center when life gets intense. Not theory. A real daily foundation.

  • II

More Presence in Conflict and Love

You become less likely to shut down, defend, or disappear when hard conversations arise. More capacity to stay present means more honesty, more repair, and more intimacy in your relationships.

  • III

    Clearer Boundaries and Leadership

You begin to notice where you have been over-giving, over-functioning, or waiting for permission. From a steadier center, leadership becomes less performative and more natural.

  • IV

    Brotherhood That Continues

You go through something real with other men. That creates a different kind of trust. The aim is not just a meaningful weekend, but lasting support, accountability, and shared growth.

Meet your
Facilitators.

The Rite is led by facilitators who know this terrain personally and who understand how to hold meaningful process with steadiness, challenge, and care. The work is deep, but the container is grounded.

Om Ben Avraham
Om Ben Avraham
Men's Coach · Relationship Guide · Embodiment Facilitator

Om works at the meeting point of embodiment, relationship, truth, and transformation. He helps men come back into contact with themselves so they can show up with more integrity, sensitivity, and grounded strength in every area of life.

His facilitation is direct but deeply human. He brings warmth, depth, and the ability to create spaces where men can soften defensiveness, reconnect to feeling, and remember what matters.

His work is rooted in lived experience, relational practice, and helping men step into greater presence with themselves and the people they love.

Rob Bill Jr
Rob Bill Jr
Men's Coach · Breathwork Facilitator · Father

Rob grew up without a real map for manhood. Parents divorced young. Stepfather spent time in prison. By his late 20s he was CrossFit-fit, making great money - and digging his fingernails into the grooves he'd worn into his steering wheel on I-94, having a full panic attack on the way to take his wife on a date.

He said f*ck that. Stepped out of corporate. Spent 18 months at the Temple of Kriya Yoga. Certified in breathwork. HeartMath. And built what he wishes someone had handed him - a real, embodied training system for sovereign manhood.

Taking With Them.

“Om is a thoughtful teacher with a powerful emotional intuition. I appreciate his ability to be both gentle, and also push and challenge during sessions, when needed. I highly recommend working with Om for anyone looking to understand themselves better, and gain greater confidence in themselves.”

Jon

“The men’s group has been deeply impactful on my life. From the first session I was able to confront parts of myself that were stagnant and obsessive. But at the heart it was Om’s facilitation which enabled us to go deeper, knowing there was always love at the center of the practice. I’m very grateful for my time with Om and I look forward to the opportunity to continue to build upon all the great work we’ve done together.”

Guy G.

“He has a way of making me feel both entirely comfortable and pushed to the edge of my mental boundaries. I found him to be an excellent facilitator that could home in on a single individual while still eliciting the engagement of the entire group. Highly recommend.”

Nur A.

“His ability to create a safe, open, and non-judgmental space for men to connect on a deeper level helped me a lot. From the very first moment, I felt supported and encouraged to explore my own vulnerabilities and growth. My life improved significantly in many aspects.”

A Clear Note

This is not a spa retreat, and it is not designed as a passive, relaxing getaway.

You should expect to step outside your comfort zone, engage honestly, and meet parts of yourself that may have been waiting for your attention for a long time.

At the same time, this is not about being pushed for the sake of intensity. The container is intentional, respectful, and designed to support meaningful growth.

If you feel both curiosity and a little resistance as you read this, that may simply mean something important in you is ready to move.
