THE RITE - MEN’S IMMERSION
THE RITE
4-DAY MEN’S IMMERSION
NOVEMBER 12-15 2026 | GAIA RETREAT CENTER | NEVADA CITY CALIFORNIA
Four days to step away from the noise and return more fully yourself.
The Rite is an immersive men’s retreat centered on deep inner work, embodiment, and authentic brotherhood.
Stop managing the same patterns. Meet them.
You may already know where you hold back, disconnect, overthink, people-please, or lose yourself in relationship.
The invitation is not to become someone else. It is to become more honest, more present, and more available to the life you are already living.
Not a workshop.
Not a circle.
An initiation.
Four days of deep inner work, embodiment, and authentic brotherhood to help you step away from the noise, uncover the patterns shaping your life, reconnect with your body and your truth, and return home more grounded, clear, and fully alive.
Truth
Meet the parts of yourself you’ve been avoiding. Uncover the unconscious patterns keeping you stuck and reconnect with what is true.
Embodiment
Transformation doesn’t happen through thinking alone. Through breathwork, movement, meditation, and experiential practices, you’ll move beyond insight and begin creating lasting change from the inside out.
Brotherhood
Experience what it’s like to be seen, challenged, and deeply supported by a circle of men committed to growth, truth, and each other.
Why Initiation Matters
Change needs more than insight. It needs a threshold.
Initiation creates a deliberate break from ordinary life. It gives you the time, structure, challenge, and support to confront what has been avoided and make a conscious commitment to how you want to live.
Apply NowYou can keep carrying the same patterns into another year, or create the space to meet them now with honesty, structure, and support.

What Men Are Saying
Real experiences from men who have worked with Om in private coaching, group work, and retreat spaces.
“I decided to do something crazy and travel 2500 miles to attend a retreat with 10 men in Northern California.”“I can now say that Om is an amazing instantaneous community builder who not only puts together a vision but brings the unifying presence to turn that into a tangible feeling in the room.”“Personally, I truly hope there will be another experience in my life that I get to share like this retreat with Om.”
“Om is a thoughtful teacher with a powerful emotional intuition. I appreciate his ability to be both gentle, and also push and challenge during sessions, when needed. I highly recommend working with Om for anyone looking to understand themselves better, and gain greater confidence in themselves.”
“The men’s group has been deeply impactful on my life. From the first session I was able to confront parts of myself that were stagnant and obsessive. But at the heart it was Om’s facilitation which enabled us to go deeper, knowing there was always love at the center of the practice. I’m very grateful for my time with Om and I look forward to the opportunity to continue to build upon all the great work we’ve done together.”
“He has a way of making me feel both entirely comfortable and pushed to the edge of my mental boundaries. I found him to be an excellent facilitator that could home in on a single individual while still eliciting the engagement of the entire group. Highly recommend.”
“His ability to create a safe, open, and non-judgmental space for men to connect on a deeper level helped me a lot. From the very first moment, I felt supported and encouraged to explore my own vulnerabilities and growth. My life improved significantly in many aspects.”
Meet Your Facilitators
Om Ben Avraham
Om works at the meeting point of embodiment, relationship, truth, and transformation. He helps men come back into contact with themselves so they can show up with more integrity, sensitivity, and grounded strength in every area of life.
His facilitation is direct but deeply human. He brings warmth, depth, and the ability to create spaces where men can soften defensiveness, reconnect to feeling, and remember what matters.
His work is rooted in lived experience, relational practice, and helping men step into greater presence with themselves and the people they love.
Michael Tierno
Michael works at the intersection of expanded states, psychological depth, and the slow craft of turning insight into a changed life. He helps people move through pain rather than manage it, so they can build lives shaped by who they are, not by what their wounds taught them to become.
His work often centers on relationships: recovering directness, tenderness, agency, and the willingness to be moved.
Grounded in men’s process work, Indigenous apprenticeship in Peru, and more than a decade of personal practice, Michael’s approach is honest, direct, and centered on integration, because a powerful experience may open the door, but integration is what changes a life.
